- All fees cover the printed program, electronic book of abstracts, attendance to all scientific sessions and exhibitions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome cocktail.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Those who register as (MSc or PhD) student must send a copy of their student card as proof of their status before the start of the conference to the conference secretariat contact@iccbma.eu

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made before 11 July 2024 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 11 July and 11 August 2024 will receive a full refund, less a € 120,- administration fee.
- No refunds will be granted after 11 August 2024. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
